Infralight Australia is an Australian owned and run manufacturing business with international partners. Located just south of Sydney, Infralight Pty Ltd services Australia wide and exports to a world market. The managing director Russell Read, established Infralight Pty Ltd in 1992 with a focus on the implentation of industrial lighting applications including ultraviolet disinfection, ultraviolet UV curing and infrared heating products. Contracted as a research scientist for the CSIRO, with six scientific publications, Russell offers a wealth of experience in physics, chemistry, metallurgy and electrical engineering. During his time at CSIRO, Russell was responsible for developing innovative and novel light sources for industrial applications in the mining and minerals processing sector.
